Planning for your wedding is an enormous production, so why worry if all of your hard work and planning will happen as you designed.
Our goal is to help you bring your vision to light. Your Agenda will be followed and your event will flow. All your vendors will know what is expected of them therefore allowing you to relax and enjoy your hard work and planning as I implement the agenda.

Services Overview:
Consultation:
We will meet 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date to go over all of the details of your special day. All weddings are unique; your wedding schedule will reflect the choices you make as a couple. The questions I ask you will help you develop a vision for the day, and together we formulate a plan and timeline. I will collect your vendor contact information so that I can communicate with them and inform them of the schedule. I will meet with you again 1 or 2 weeks prior to your wedding to go over any changes and to confirm the schedule.
The Rehearsal:
At the rehearsal, I choreograph and teach every member of your bridal party how they will be walking down the aisle, where to stand, and what to expect. I make the experience pleasant and fun; the goal is for everyone to feel confident and relaxed.
The Ceremony:
I cue all aspects of the ceremony: Letting ushers know when to begin escorting guests, gathering family and friends to pose for photos, setting up the photo shots, handling emergencies that may arise, acting as a liaison with the ceremony site contact person, communicating with the bride and groom so that they know how much time remains before the start of the ceremony, setting up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle, and cueing the bridal party so they know when to enter. Before the bride makes her grand entrance, I make sure she takes a deep breath, that her bouquet is in hand, that her train is properly spread out behind her, and that she is as relaxed as possible. Once she begins her walk down the aisle, I become an additional family member assisting with children in the wedding party that may get a little restless.
Reception:
I make sure guests have clear driving directions and a map to the reception site. At the reception, I meet with the head-waiter to confirm the schedule that I will have provided him or her ahead of time. I communicate with the DJ, photographer, and videographer to coordinate their efforts and make sure that special dances, cake cutting, and other activities take place at the ideal intervals and that everyone is aware and in place for each event. I keep everything running according to the plan I created with you, making any adjustments as necessary or at your request.

The Day to Remember Wedding Package:
Includes coordinating the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will assist you in matters of protocol and develop a wedding day timeline, review contracts, and follow-through with all vendors scheduling and layout details to achieve the ultimate wedding day.

- Set out guest book, place cards, favor, toasting goblets, etc
- Act as a liaison between wedding party , vendor and couple

- Explain what question should be asked to each vendor and what to look for in the contract
- Prepare and send each vendor a wedding day schedule two weeks before the wedding making sure *each one knows when and where they are supposed to be the day of the wedding.
- Wedding and reception itinerary
- Provide the wedding party with a rehearsal and wedding day schedule 30 days before the wedding *or sooner
- Supply itinerary to all members of the wedding party and parents
- Make sure all the necessary items are taken to the ceremony and reception site
- Assist with set up and decorating

- Put together necessary send off confetti, bird seed etc* ceremony programs, card holders
- On going consultation either in person, e-mail or telephone
- Furnish vendor referrals from each category you will need
- Direct the ceremony and rehearsal including how to seat your guests, parents and grandparents of both bride and groom. Rehearse the order of the processional and recessional.
- Coordinate the ceremony on the wedding day. A coordinator will arrive one to two hours before the *ceremony to help with any last minute questions and errands. The coordinator will be your personal assistant. Pin on corsages, buttoners, bring you tissues, helping you to relax and anything else you *may need to help you to enjoy your day
- Coordinate the collection of gifts received on the wedding day

• One week prior contact vendors and send them a copy of your itinerary
• Oversee all of the vendors commitments
• Box up personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, along with gifts) given to the assigned person
• A coordinator will be available 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until all formalities have been performed
(up to 8 hours for the day)

Alycia M. Anthony has been a certified wedding consultant for over 15 years and received her Diploma from the Professional Career Institute in Bridal Consulting.
Prior to becoming a wedding consultant and event planner, Alycia spent twenty-five years in retail and corporate sales. She also has a background in marketing, accounting, customer service and acts as special events chairperson for a company in Oceanside.
In addition to these skills which have aided her in providing events that are exceptional from start to finish, Alycia also has a keen sense for creativity and imagination. Alycia started gaining her experience as a wedding coordinator for her Church, and from the first I do, she has had a passion for creating wedding memories to last couples a lifetime.
